have made a call to the customer care on 21 Aug at around 7.30 pm to complaint about regular data service interruption. I was so sick of this poor data service and I wasn’t just looking for a complaint on the papers and I was looking for some solutions,since the rude representative couldn’t get me any solution I asked her to transfer the call to another senior official if she could help me. After some 3/4 min of hold I was connected to an official with the name start with ‘N’,since I wasn’t expecting any sort of drama so I didn’t care about her name at first but I remember it was someone with N initial and I told her about the problem that I have been facing this poor data service for months and I am too sick of this and ask her for some instant solution but she told me that she couldn’t provide any solutions except a complaint and ask me to wait for it to settle till 27th of August. I wasn’t happy with it already and I was battling with network for hours to even make a call to the customer care,she checked my last one week data expenditures and told me that how can I have poor data connection when I have been using almost my entire daily data limits, then I ask her to check how many messages I have been receiving from airtel regarding poor data connection and for how long I have been receiving it,and why airtel have failed to solve that issue that was lingering for months and then she told me that she can’t check that.How she can check my data expenditures for my last week but can’t check what I have been receiving from her side and I asked her to pay me back my data pack value so that I can recharge my jio no and questioned her how many extra hours or cash back or reward or refund I received for lame services from airtel and why airtel keep claiming that it is the best network provider and why do I have to suffer every day for last couple of months.why I do I have sacrifice my money for airtels problem,aren’t I supposed to compensated. I don’t have the liberty to waste my hard earned money for airtel’s fault. I as a customer don’t get an extra minute once my data pack expires so why I keep wasting my money for sick services. I ask her for some kind refund or instant solution and if she can’t then ask her to transfer my call to her senior official but she was reluctant to transfer or find a solution instead she refused to listen and called the call a prank very rudely and disconnectedthe call calling it a prank call thrice. So,my question is as a corporate giant airtel keep faking it to be best service provider and take every opportunity to milk our money but when it comes to bad service I can’t even question. I am a law abiding citizen work for the government spent my four years between books that are thicker than the wall to earn a degree and when I question or ask for my rights I have to face rude and bad behavior from someone who is looting me and I become a prankster. I want an explanation for this now,not only for this lame service but for the unacceptable behavior from that official,to be honest I am not even sure if this complaint is enough for my last couple of months sick experience from airtel and for that horrible unexplainable unprofessional behavior from that lady who has surely no respect to the people for who’s money she is paying her bills. I am not even sure if I can trust airtel’s management to get my dignity back or I have to keep knocking the doors of the police station or the consumer court.
