It’s me, one of VI customer I approached the customer care executive on 06/06/2021 for a solution to network issues. And at the time he told me to wait till 09/06/2021 for resolving my issue. But it’s not get a solution even on 18/06/2021 and again I contacted customer care executive. He told me that he is unable to solve the problem and suggest me to have a call from senior executive. On (19/06/2021) there had a call from senior customer care executive. But it’s embarassed me to hear his answer, that it will take 3 months to resolve the issue. And also he told me that he is helpless in this case so you have to make a complaint mail it to their email. Anyway I send a complaint but there was a reply that they tried to reach me on my number. Again I replied to this that it is my actual problem. I recharged mobile with a plan for three months but 3 months will take to solve the issues. That means I will lose the cash that, I had recharged. As a solution I opted them to solve the issue now itself otherwise repay the cash that I had recharged.when I recharge, They mentioned that there you will get 4G internet for the recharge.
