Very poor airtel network. One of my mobile number constantly going out of coverage everyday atleast for 6-7 hours. I am staying in Bangalore urban area where generally, connectivity is ok but still this happens. Contacted customer care and tried to convey the issue but again general guidance..check settings etc which are everything fine in my device.
They have app but not even giving a chance to report the detailed issue. It is only questionnaire based.
How come being a public company they are not giving any rights to consumer? Likewise, no customer would remain. TV advt is totally unjust where they claim zero complaints!!! ( actually no channel available for complaints at all. 121 help is only on common settings question and app there is nothing to write about the issue).
