Hello Sir/Madam,
I’m using Airtel network for more than a year in Bengaluru Ashwath Nagar, Thanisandra Main Road.
I’m suffering for very poor internet connection for nearly ten months and called customer care many times and complaint about the issue as all Airtel subscribers in my apartment having issue on Airtel network.
Earlier I have received an update stating that there is an Airtel signal tower upgradation going on and it will be fixed as soon as possible.
But almost ten months the signal condition is very poor and unable to access internet most of the time.
I’m working from home and my work is also impacting due to this non customer support of Airtel service.
Reauesting to please intervene on this issue to get this issue fixed as soon as possible.
