Dear sir/madam,
I have been facing poor network issue for past few months particularly in my area. I do not get more than 2 points network in 4G/LTE band. I also have file complaints through customer care where they assured that they would solve the issue within a deadline but they failed to do so. My last complanit (which was said to be solved by 31.12.2020) reference number is *CQUKI3CHN20201221227174* for your reference.
