Text of Complaint by Ashish Kaushik:

I am Ashish Kaushik, my Mobile nos. are 9717178399 & 9717506999 along with this we also have other nos. which belongs to our other family members and we are using these nos. since last more than 08 years but these days we are suffering and feeling quite harassed because of the poor networks issues of the Airtel.

Since more than last 40 days we are facing continuous network failure in our area. We are not even able to call through our mobiles. The situation has become quite pathetic. We all are rigorously requesting/Complaining to the Airtel customer care regarding this ongoing issue (Can be checked the request Nos.9050300 of dated 15th Jun.’19, 90540543 of dated 22nd Jun.’19 and many more).

We are feeling helpless because each & every time we only get the fake assurances from your Airtel team that their technical team are working on the issue and the issue would be resolved in next couple of days. But unfortunately, things are not getting changed. Now they are asking the time for upto 31st August 2019 which is unjustified.

So I think the Airtel should also not ask for the bill payment upto the August end because there should be no Service then No Payment.
