I am not able to access my internet properly for last 10-15 Days nor getting proper voice clear while in voice call.
Whenever I make a call to register my complain I won’t able to reach to CCE because of automated IVRs limited options. 2ndly on e-mail to care@jio.com I won’t any proper solution. Hence paying for the service is actually of no use or useless. With all my 5 Connections with 1 Airfiber Conection at home were get paid for this poor service. Hope one at other end can able to understand the issue faced here all around and take necessary steps to short it out. Or text us to port out.
