I raised the complaint for many years now, but my old complaints were closed without my approval and knowledge. All they said is they had enhanced the network in this area, but my network signal is still the same and due to this I have been facing issues like call drop-out, poor internet connection, Battery draining etc.
Today, I didn’t make the bill payment for last three-month for them to have a fast follow-up, and also sent port out request however no escalation yet from Airtel and I had received disconnection notice. I have issues only in this area where I stay for a long time now but they are comparing the same with other location where I used the internet without any hassles.
What Can do as next step to resolve this issues asap?
Please advise and help on this to get resolved at the earliest as my bill are including late payment charges which are increasing every month.
