I have logged complaint for poor network coverage in my area in 2016, Since then I have not received any call from Airtel team, And I am paying bill 500+tax every month. when ever I call costumer care they will say we are working on it. I am very old costumer more than 18 year I am using Airtel. So kindly advice on this issue.
