Network coverage in my area (Deori village, Morena district) has been extremely poor. I pay for 4G network services and yet the network speed is very low. I am not able to access most of the websites for work or for leisure.
The customer care service always give me the same answer of too many users accessing the services. However a few km away, in a town which has a higher number of users, I get much better network speeds and coverage.
So the reason of number of users isn’t a sufficient answer for my problems. I am not getting the service that I pay for.
