DEAR CONCERN,
I LIVE AT SOUTH GARIA, WEST BENGAL. PIN CODE NUMBER OF MY AREA IS 743613. FOR MY WORK I NEED FAST DATA CONNECTION THAT IS WHY I USE 3 GB/DAY DATA PLAN FROM AIRTEL EACH MONTH, I ALSO USE 118 TOP FREQUENTLY. I USED TO GET FAIR PERFORMANCE AT MY AREA REGARDING NETWORK COVERAGE. BUT SINCE LAST WEEK OR MORE ITS BEEN NOTICED THAT AFTER 10 PM OF NIGHT TILL 9 AM IN THE MORNING THE DATA CONNECTIVITY IS GETTING HAMPERED SO MUCH THAT I AM EVEN UNABLE TO OPEN A WEBSITE PAGE. & FROM LAST TWO DAYS THIS ISSUE IS TAKING PLACE FROM EVENING 8 PM. I WANT THE ISSUE TO BE ADDRESSED AT FASTEST POSSIBLE TIMEFRAME. I HAVE CHECKED WITH OTHER AIRTEL USERS IN MY LOCALITY THEY ARE ALSO FACING THE SIMILAR PROBLEM.
