Hello – there is a poor network coverage in my area in GH 5&7, Meera bagh, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. the coverage is so poor that you have to either step out of house or step out of society to take calls.
when i called up and informed the same last year, i was told you have to live with it and thats an attitude which has been expressed since then.
its an unnecessary stress which these guys are putting on me to ensure that i do get poor service.
i am looking for solution and till date all it has been done is that my calls , emails have been deflected.
