I am not able to using internet on a high speed my internet ping is high in my area in indoor as compared to outdoor I am calling since 2 months to the customer care service twice or thrice a day but I am not getting a response from the customer service in mine area it’s not a fastest network it’s the poorest network please I request you to kindly solve this issue I am fed up of calling to customer service from 2 months .
