Text of Complaint by Gajanand Singh:

Hi,

I am facing multiple connectivity issues. There network turn to 2 whenever it wants to and I am not able to use the services. As we are aware that we are working from home and due to their poor network I am facing business losses. I have raised several complaints but of no use. They are actually using the situation as an opportunity of providing poor services. You will not be able to reach the customer care with excuse of COVID. and then you just pay money for no services. Airtel should be liable to pay the customers if they are not able to serve the customer. They should be compensating the customers for their losses then only they will realize the importance as they are indirectly cheating people and getting their money as they are not providing support. Service req no :31-2712804926984. I always get a message that they are working on it, not sure when we will get service. .
