I am a resident of Santosh Kumar, district Jaunpur Uttar Pradesh and prepare for competitive examinations by living in the Chhota Baghada area of Al, Uttar Pradesh.
I use the Airtel’s network, and read online. But due to the poor network, there is no obstruction in the study, and studies can not even be done. Even after recharging every month, Airtel offers very substanding service. Despite computing hundreds, they do not make any improvements in their network service, and they never think of the helpline number. Therefore, Sir I am requesting, taking advantage of the petitions of casualties, please take advantage of the proper action.
मै सन्तोष कुमार, जिला जौनपुर उत्तर प्रदेश का निवासी हूं और इलाहाबद के छोटा बघाड़ा एरिया में रहकर प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी करता हूं।
मै एयरटेल का नेटवर्क प्रयोग करता हूं, और ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई करता हूं। लेकिन घटिया नेटवर्क होने के कारण, अध्ययन में बाधा होती है, और पढ़ाई भी ढंग से नहीं हो पाती है। हर माह रिचार्ज कराने के बाद भी एयरटेल वाले बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस देते हैं। सैकड़ों Complaint करने के बावजूद भी ये अपने नेटवर्क सर्विस में कोई सुधार नही लाते हैं, और इनका हेल्पलाइन नंबर भी कभी नहीं लगता।
अतः श्रीमानजी से निवेदन है, की प्रार्थी की बातों को संज्ञान में लेते हुए, उचित कार्रवाई करने की कृपा करें।
