Text of Complaint by Harshal Gandhi:

Dear Sir/Madam,

with reference to above subject, My Mobile No. is +91+9601082010.
I have recharge of Rs. 169/- as on 19/10/2019 and since on the day or recharge to till date, I am not able to use of Internet connection on continuous basis in this regard and I have already talked with your executives about the poor internet connection. After that, they have inform me that Our Network solution is going on and your have to wait till new network tower is start.
My Area code is 380008 and 380015. In both these location, i have network issue and your executives rudely told me that ” jo karna he kar lo”.
 
This is the way of talking to the customer and  I must say , gradually airtel services were pathetic in nature and sometimes its headache to the customer.
 
I request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible and allow me to use the internet on continuous basis.
