Dear Sir,
I Nirjhar Halder is a customer of your company my connection number is 7080436656. Since 26th April, 2020, I m not getting any connection at my residence which is at D-28/146 Pandey Haveli Varanasi, 221001. My room is at 1st floor there is no network connection of Airtel and I have to move to 3rd or 4th floor to get connectivity. Kindly fix this issue. Before that I was getting better connection.
