My complain is on poor Internet connection of jio from 7 to 8 days. I’m suffering from 7/8 days due to poor network connection at my area. I was called to the customer care when these problems occurred & I got the answer that there is problem with tower in my area and it would be fixed with in 9:15 pm. But the problem is not fixed at all. After that I call to the customer care at 10pm but they are unable answer. Now its approx 10 days we are facing bad Internet problems. I never expect this type services from jio. There is so much people who also facing problems related to Internet. Now lockdown going on. We are on work from home. We need Internet for working. If we won’t get good service from jio operator then we have to switch from jio to any other operator. I am very disappointed to your customer Care. They don’t look out the problems at all. Please resolve these problem as soon as possible.
