Hi have been using airtel for last 5years, had some troubles in network for last 4months and hence stopped doing recharges for last 3months. Now trying it port to BSNL as it getting good service in my area.
As my services are stopped, they are asking me to put extension first, which cost 99rs min. and then do mnp. My number is already having 113rs talk time available in my account, recently topped to do MNP SMS. No I have to loose this 113 and do extension recharge to get ported, where they have no service in my place for last 4months. All my village people are facing the same issue.
Basically no. is being used by my grandfather and is registered in my fathers name and using it for 5+ years.
