I have been facing issuing since January, my calls are regularly dropping and i am not getting more than a 2g speed when i am paying for 4g. I stopped paying my bill since past 2 months when my complaint was not being heard properly and was being closed without my consent. Now they have blocked my outgoing facility and i am left handicapped as i cannot use anymode of online baking and nor can contact my clients. Now the incomings calls and dropping 98%.
i am using 4 airtel post paid connections and 1 broadband wifi with working landline and i am so unsatisfied with the customer support that i am willing to port all my numbers and close the broadband as airtel discontinued its services rather than looking into my complaint.
its been 2 days since i made the complaint again to the
nodal
officer via mail but i havent received any response.
