I have raised the Airtel network issue multiple times in the past 2-3 months, still the connectivity remains poor. Always I call and they say, that they are working on the issue of fixing the network quality in my area. But the problem remains same in all the areas, be it Faridabad(home) or Gurgaon(Office).
Airtel has degraded the network to this level that now a days i even get “No service” upfront on the display so many timed during a week. Also even when I am being shown 4G, it is a fake one, as when I try to open any website, it displays- you are not connected to Internet.
I am now thinking of porting the network as it has already been 3 months since I am facing the same issue, and Airtel is unable to pay any heed to this.
