Dear Airtel, I am your customer since last 10 years. Having airtel used to be a pride. But now in my region I am facing a continuous degradation in your service quality. It used to be the fastest internet as you say. After jio came I didn’t switch over to that because I like to have airtel. But now the situation have gotten worse. Internet is so slow that I can not stream youtube video at 240p smoothly at any time of day. Not even a facebook page loads properly in lite and browser. Some times I have to wait minutes to deliver a whatsapp message and some time during chat is instantly shuts down and shows me offline. I can’t even download whatsapp images and videos in time and can’t catch up in group chats sometimes due to your network issues. Although it shows 4G connection with almost 50 to 70 % signal strength but speed is very poor. Now I am thinking about switching to another operator which I didn’t want. I am writing it because I don’t want to loose airtel. If there can be any improvement please make them. Otherwise I will be changing my operator as soon as this recharge duration ends.
