I am Anshul Chandna I have 2 DTH connection in my home and from last four days the connection is unavailable .
Its a call of atleast every month that the connection goes away .
when complaint to Tata sky they say that they will send technician to rectify but he will charge me Rs 150 for a visit . So every time this happens why should the customer to bear when I have paid for box .so it’s their responsibility to take care of after sales service
please help
