Text of Complaint by Divya Aggarwal:

I am facing mobile not reachable on my number at my Home at Ground floor for all Airtrl numbers at home. While Jio numbers are working fine. Trouble is bad when you cant get OTP for transactions as there is no mobile coverage. Also when people who want to reach you fine number not reachable. I have lodged a formal complaint on 14 Jan but till date on 3 Feb there is no action from Airtel.
