Dear Sir/Madam,
Due to Govt. instructions we are under work from home but from last two days internet is very poor and not able to access my company applications. I call two times to cuatomer care executive and requested to resolve than I chat via My jio app to another executive but not getting resolution.
Every executive says it is due to more number of users. But why Jio is increasing consumers without having proper arrangements and now when it require than tjey should increase the tower or range frequency. All executives cut the call without providing the solution. On asking the complaint number their excuse was that work is going on so they can’t generate service request number.
Request you to intervene and assist in getting resolution.
