Text of Complaint by Christy Prabha:

  1. It’s been 10 months I am facing airtel network issue
  2. I am unable to make calls or receive call from my Airtel network
  3. I have escalated it several times by dialling 121 and also through my Airtel application.
  4. I haven’t received any response or corrective action from Airtel
  5. This will be the warning for the Airtel. If it repeats I will definitely switch my network to some other good network provider
  6. I will also suggest my friends, family and my colleagues to not to use airtel network

I don’t even mind in escalating and facing this issue legally
