We have been using airtel from so long and seeing very poor signal in our area. We have given multiple complaints but nobody interested to resolve the issue from years. We cannot make calls, receive and use internet. Pity is even if we switch to 2G also does not work properly. Hundreds of people are using airtel and everybody facing the same and are dumb as no one can help us.
We know airtel is offering open challenge ads regarding network but things are not real.
Attached is the fake reference from airtel app, saying issue will be resolved in one month. We had received these fake references thousands of times
Please help us atleast now.
