Every two days internet gets shut down. We dont misss any payment. But even taking money they are not providing proper service even our provider is keeping monopoly in the area…so no other internet services can enter and provide any better service…we are helpless

Dear sir I take gtpl connection 8 days back for 50 Mbps speed but in speed test about 25 Mbps speed, this purpose i raise ticket but it automatically close after some time no one can visit home and I call to customer care also they give not properly answer.
