There is a smartphone company of Poco mobiles come under and managed by Xiaomi company of china but in India, it is manufactured in Bengaluru for Indians.I bought the same mobile named as POCO X3 Pro in the August 2021, at the Price of about Rs 20000 through the Flipkart online. I received the mobile in well condition. Everything was working fine and not a single issue i did by myself ,not a scratch mobile was in very good conditions till 2023. But exactly after two years of using this costly mobile ,the mobile got suddenly switched off without any reason in the August 2023, after confirming and checking by all means, I found that this mobile is dead now due to cheap motherboard used in it during its manufacturing in India. How can some mobile company can do so in a costly mobile. I have also found a lot of other guys too claiming the same issue with this POCO X3 Pro brand all over India, through Amazon, Flipkart etc. Even after that their service centre do not repair the dead mobile free of cost rather they ask to pay about Rs 10000, which we cant do as we dont trust this brand from now.
So I requesting you Sir, Please take strict action against such manufacturers in India and punish them any how, we are trusting them and they completely try to fraud us by using cheap,poor quality,defective euipments like CPU , motherboard in making costly mobiles and selling them at very high Price to us in India. Please do something as I lost my only smartphone due to their illegal working benefits, I am a student sir , I do not earn right now. I am completely helpless, without the smartphone I am unable to do daily useful works.Currently I am studying in IIT Madras for Data Science course and Mobile is must for the completion of course as everything including schedule,tests,assignments,projects are shared through email by IIT. How can I managed to receive and complete my daily tasks without the mobile. I have that mobile but is not turning on after trying by all methods that consumer can use. You are the only hope please do atleast something and get my mobile working back as it s costly , I cant managed to buy once again such costly mobile. Kindly ask the company to either repair or replace or repay the mobile by your side.
