I have purchased ticket of Faisal Movers from Islamabad city to khanpur but I didn’t know about that they are gonna change my bus to mini van/couch. Even though the lady who announced that thing was not clear enough to understand what she was saying plus in start she asked our desired destination, which simply mean that she know where to drop me but she didn’t say a single word that time.When i saw i am on another route i called her and ask about what’s going on then she said that i have to travel more hours to go to next stop then came back from there.Isn’t this nonsense?? or lake of responsibility of wasting someone’s time.Am I giving you or everyone giving money for this kinda management of not even knowing that there passengers are going to drop off their destination or somewhere else???
