i bought Dell Laptop. The cover of my laptop has cracked automatically. I have complained this to Dell Technologies, India to replace my laptop. They are not ready to help me. They have closed my complain. They want to repair my laptop and asking me to send advance payment without guarantee of satisfactory repair. I fear that they will not repair it. A giant company like Dell should be stopped from supplying substandard products and cheat Indian people with their rubbish laptops.
