My name is mayank gupta from Jodhpur Rajasthan is a customer of vodafone idea from last 8 years. My problem is for Very poor INTERNET speed. I complained from customer care to appellate division and their top most senior officer , I put my concern to them but every time they make excuses, sometimes it’s temporary mistake sometime it’s my handset problem. They are saying that there network is working fine and it’s your cell phone problem.
I’m complaing them from last 8 months I didn’t get justice till now.
I can’t watch a single youtube video in 240p without buffering. They always saying that we are working to improve your experience from last 6 months and yet they can’t.
If you can do something please let me know. You can address my problem to higher authority then it will be helpful for me.
