Since the time I have taken this connection i.e. 28th Sep 2020 ,it is giving me speed between 5 – 12 MBPS instead of promised 24 MBPS during installation. Plus there is frequent disruption in the network between important meetings.
Ideally you should have fixed the issue a long time ago. You have sent a highly incompetent service person last time “Dipankar Ghosh” since his rude behavior he never turned up or you do not have good service agent, and my ticket gets closed automatically without my consent, I am escalating this issue.
