My Complain ID : 6589719
I have raised it for the resolution of internet issue on 11/09/2020 around at 3.37 PM. However no resolution yet.
On the contrary when I called to know resolution time, I was informed that the earlier complain was not taken insto consideration as there was issue for whole area. A new complain ID : 6610240 was provided and I was told to again wait for the resolution!
It doesn’t make sense at all! This way GTPL will go on raising new complains and not resolve the issue.
