Text of Complaint by Sunoj Mathew:

I am getting very bad service experience from Airtel Broadband from past 3 months. No speed & data service in many times, right now too. Wrote many emails to Airtel, even to CEO desk,but no response.
This is not suitable for a business etiquettes. They will charge you late payment fee even for 1 day late. Why should we pay money without getting benefit of what we paid for?
I got similar feedback from many of my known people .
I think Airtel to seriously think about their customer’s satisfaction and change way of working.
Still awaiting for airtel response after my 12nd email & multiple conversations..
