Dear sir,

I registered a complaint on 20 october regarding poor network in specific location at thanikkudam area pincode 690028,after some days the complaint has been closed by airtel. But i am facing the same issue,and the complaint was reopen. optimisation has been done by your end but the problem is continued.
After that today 4 th of november is the last date that the team Agreed to resolve. But there is no call back and no progress in my 4 famely plan numbers.I have 5 family connection. Please consider my request

Kindly do the needful or alow to port out or waver the present month bill at least
