For the last 4 months I have been facing very poor Internet connection in my area.. I tried complaining them through 198 but they never took my complaint Infact they had never send me my complaint number I had asked them several time but they always refused and they also promised me that your problem will be resolved within 25.11.2020 but they didn’t ful fil their promise and I am still facing this problem
