Hello Concern,

I have been facing Broad band internet connectivity issue for last 4 days, where there is no connectivity which is hampering my work during this pendamic situation, tried to raise this complain so many times no one has done anything.

I pay a lot as a subscription plan infact i paid in advance for 12 months, still not getting proper service. This no connectivity issue became very frequent, so my ask to Airtel is

  1. Can they compensate my loss of work.
  2. will they refund my rental which i have paid in advance but cannot use the service.
  3. Will they allow me to use the not used data bucket of this month to next month.

Apart from this i am not even able to use the mobile internet which says as 4G but getting not even 2G speed.

 

I am really peasedoff with the service being provided by Airtel, infact what i feel is they are just cheating the customer.
