Hello Concern,
I have been facing Broad band internet connectivity issue for last 4 days, where there is no connectivity which is hampering my work during this pendamic situation, tried to raise this complain so many times no one has done anything.
I pay a lot as a subscription plan infact i paid in advance for 12 months, still not getting proper service. This no connectivity issue became very frequent, so my ask to Airtel is
- Can they compensate my loss of work.
- will they refund my rental which i have paid in advance but cannot use the service.
- Will they allow me to use the not used data bucket of this month to next month.
Apart from this i am not even able to use the mobile internet which says as 4G but getting not even 2G speed.
I am really peasedoff with the service being provided by Airtel, infact what i feel is they are just cheating the customer.
