Too poor Network and connectivity problem . False promises to provide better service by 121 . Full money taken every month. This is simple cheating. Customer for more than a decade. Last more than one year terrible experience. I have to lodge complain in 121 everyday. Customer service officers are equally useless. Forcing the customers to seek redressal from the Consumer Court.
