The issue that I have experienced was: Since 8 months I have been repeatedly raising the issue of poor internet connection at location Gadakan, Bhubaneswar, PIN Code -751017.
Repeatedly I was told since 8 months that it is a temporqry issue on which your associates are working. But day by day it is getting worse and today (March 8, 2021) particularly it has crossed limits. A whatsapp message is not getting delivered, forger about video calls. A simple www.google.in page could not able to.load properly.
But you are showing that you are providing 4G data where as the connectivity is worse than 2G. It is perhaps the biggest Scam in mankind. You are cheating on your customers by providing low quality service.
Now you may have reached the No. 1 tag in telecom sector but we will have to put a case in consumer court.

If you have a little bit of human emotion left inside you, then make your c9nnection strong and provide with vest quality services. Since 8 months by repetitive calls you could not resolve this issue. This is a shame on you.
