Dear Airtel,
I hereby come as a customer who have been using your services for years now. However I would like to lay down an important note which have been disappointing not only myself, but many of the users here in Nongkrem.
The Internet network connection here in Nongkrem have been disrupted for months now. This primarily occurs when there is no electricity in the area. To be precise, When there is no electricity, there is no internet connection.
As a student I would like to raise my concern over this matter. The service here, have really been a difficulty especially in these times where Online courses are the means of completing school academics. To add to this matter, many youths who are working through online services have been affected. The fact that the area is just labelled as a village, does not mean that we can proceed our work without internet services.
Therefore, I humbly request you to look into the matter and fix it at the earliest.
