i am writing this complaint with great disappointment that i have purchased a jiofi device six months ago . This device is facing network connectivity couple of months . I have recharged it many times but after that it faces the same problem of internet connectivity . i want to make sure that my device is still in it’s warranty period . Please provide a resolution regarding this issue as I am happy to be a customer of your product.
