- Dear Sir,
- Myself KARTHICK.B, unfortunately a airtel customer(Mobile No:9994513904) .
- For past 1 months a keep following up with data pack very slow like 2g. Because of your excellent customer care team am suppose to write the the mail to you. My airtel data is not properly working for past 1 month.i’m using like 2g network.
- 2weeks before I recharged for 2500 for a whole year….
- I need a revert whether you can work my data issue or not. Otherwise need to port to the network which have good data network.
At least make sure Pls address the complaint of the customer first. Without using data am pay money for airtel.
Anyway hope atleast this time you revert for the mail
