We have been given a tata sky connection on dated 23rd of May 2019 and paid Rs 2000 to the technician it is pertinent to mention that technician has not given any receipt for cash payment when we have asked for receipt he told that we have started ur connection and no need of receipt.
The technician installed the SET Top Box and it was working..after two days theĀ set TOP BOX stop working and we have filed a complaint through TATA SKY CALL CENTRE AND SURPRISINGLY WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT UR CONNECTION IS NOT ACTIVE ..WE HV REPEATEDLY CALLED TO CALL CENTRE AND THE ALL CALLS ARE WASTE OF TIME BECAUSE NOBODY HAS GIVEN ANY SOLUTION

ON 4TH OF JUNE AGAIN TO CALL CENTRE AND CALL EAS TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER SENIOR EXECUTIVE HE ALSO TOLD THAT YOUR NUMBER 9415751425 IS NOT REGISTERED ..WHEN I INSISTED HE PROVIDED A SUBSCRIBER ID AGAIN AND LODGED THE COMPLAINT …TECHNICIAN VISITED SAME DAY AND FOUND THAT SET TOP BOX is faulty and assures to replace the same still Set Top Box is not replaced…..what the poor service
