Greetings
I hold multiple relationship with Airtel in terms of DTH, Prepaid and payment bank
My customer id with Airtel is 3011695001
I have requested for dismandaling and re installation on 24th Nov 2020.
But none of your executive is bothered to give proper services
I understand there is a cycloan at Chennai on 25th November. But an women who committed that the same will hpn on 26th.
I awaited till 3 pm on 26th November. Since no improvement observed called ur 12150 where Mr Girish assured same will b done on priority on Same day just for words
Waited till 7 15 as no furthermore movement observed
Called again 12150
Ms Devaki responded on a apology where inturn line connected to Ms Anajali with same parroting
Such a poor service from Airtel
They said they will do the service before tmr by 6 pm where I am leaving chn by 6am
Pls tell me why should I still hold relationship
Is the service is charge free?
Any how you going to charge me where your exe is incapable?
Pls close the entire relationship as the competition is widen.
Really upset with ur Team and pls lemme to exit happily atleast rather than slogging
