I have ordered Sparx sneakers from Amazon for 871 rupees on 25th of June and I was supposed to reach the package on 27 of June and package was out for delivery on 27th of June the delivery person called me and ask me to come at my location and when I went there was no one and I waited for like half an hour and I tried calling that person that phone number +912067325555,but he was not picking up the call or sometimes it was going busy so I don’t know why did you came at the location if you didn’t have the package now the Amazon is saying that the package may have been lost you still need to wait for the package and it’s 1st of July today and I still have not got the package so they asking me if you didn’t get the package you can cancel the request but I can’t see anywhere the option for cancellation I think that delivery person is not working properly or maybe there is some kind of mistake or this is a fraud because he came at the location but he didn’t give me the package so I don’t care whatever it is I want my package it was a gift for someone it was really special for me but if you can’t deliver it then I want full refund for Rs.871.
