Text of Complaint by Rohan Parge:

I would like to formally lodge a complaint about my order 407-5958923-4899524. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G smartphone on Tuesday, June 8, 2021. I was assured delivery by Thursday, June 10, 2021, but have not received it as of Sunday, June 13, 2021. The order has been out for delivery since Thursday, June 10, 2021, and I have been receiving false assurances from the customer service (names of service reps can be see attached for reference) that I have contacted every day from Friday, June 2021. On Thursday, June 10, 2021, and Friday, June 11, 2021, the order was not delivered due to “External issues”, on Saturday, June 12, 2021, the order was “Unable to contact recipient” however I had been in contact with customer service for the whole time so this is not correct, on one of the calls with a customer service representative on Saturday, June 12, 2021, I had added additional info for the delivery person to be able to reach me by providing an alternate number to contact me and landmark to find the delivery address. On Sunday, June 13, 2021, I got a notification that the “Item was rejected” by me at delivery, however, I have not got a single phone call or notification to get in contact by me and no delivery was made to the address for it to be rejected. In fact, during this time span, the same delivery address has received multiple packages from Amazon itself. I have been trying to reach the delivery person but their phone has always been busy (Phone: +912067325555) and when I finally got through to him at 2 PM on Sunday he was extremely rude, unprofessional and accused me of being the reason he was not able to deliver. When I contacted customer service on Sunday morning an employee named Sudhir who I was told is a manager handling the customer service issues informed me that this order is now going to be sent back to the seller, I informed him that I had utilized a coupon worth Rs 2000 to this order which he said is non-refundable and when I requested him to lodge an official complaint he mentioned there is no complaints system in place at Amazon, which I was shocked to hear.
 
I want this to be an official complaint lodged against the delivery person who was out to deliver the product on Sunday, June 13, 2021, and the customer service manager Sudhir. I believe this could have been handled better and now I am without the product I paid for, lost the Rs. 2000 coupon of my own and have spent a lot of time being misinformed and lied to by the customer service at Amazon. 
 
I expect a full refund within your policy timelines, a refund of my Rs. 2000 coupon (or a new one to be issued if the previous one is now invalid). 
 
I will await further communication from you on how and when this will be resolved or I will have to use social media to escalate the issue.
