Dear Sir/Mam
My set top box is not receiving the signal since 04/03/2019. i had tried customer care no of Tata Sky many times but every time it is disconnected with a proposal of call back. but till now i have not received any call from customer care. waiting time is also too long if we are in ques. i had also tried the chat option but on 06/03/19 it can not be connected. please reply me soon with the solutions.
