Airtel are claiming they are the fastest 4G internet provider in India. But i am currently not even able to open their own Airtel thanks app which they ask me to register a complaint about. I tried to call all possible customer support number for the service. I couldn’t talk with any of their customer executive or neither the issue rectified. I have sent several mails to them and not even a single person reached me to address my problem. The thing they are showing is kind of negligence towards the customer and would like to complaint against them for falsified Advertisement providing and no support to customers
