We are an old client of tatasky network using it from past more the 12 years but when we raise a complaint they dont see to it, they keep saying that they are gonna fix it but…

From past a month we have been Calling the helpline but nobody helping us to fix the problem and We are unhappy with the service.

Seems they dont care since we have already paid for a year so they are being so careless.

Feels like its better we change our set of box to someother network.

      Sir/ Madam,

      Your customer service contact numbers are blocked and no proper action is being
      taken on it. you have also started Tata sky mobile app but there are only 5 options.
      my problem is that it is not in our Tata sky mobile app my complaint is that on my TV screen. Please wait. Initialising is coming every two minutes.
      If my complaint is not going to be solved, I will Stop me and my friends Tata Sky Connection
      Please solve my problem Top Priority.
